CORNER POCKET
8-ball pool, right in your browser. Break the rack, claim solids or stripes, sink all seven of yours and then the 8 to win. Play the computer, take turns with a friend on the same device, or play someone online.
PLAY IT NOW

HOW TO PLAY
- Aim: touch or click the table where you want the cue ball to go. The dotted line shows what it will hit. The arrow buttons nudge your aim a tiny bit.
- Shoot: pull the power bar back and let go. Further back is harder. On a keyboard, hold Space and let go.
- Spin: the white ball button. Hit low to pull the cue ball back after the hit, high to roll it on.
- Solids or stripes: the first ball you sink after the break is your group. Sink one of yours and you go again.
- Fouls give the other player the cue ball to put anywhere: sinking the cue ball, missing everything, or hitting the wrong ball first.
- The 8: sink it last to win. Too early and you lose!
Online, press Quick match to play whoever else is looking, or make a room and give a friend its five-letter code. You have a minute for each shot.
PUT IT ON YOUR HOME SCREEN
The best way to play is from Corner Pocket's own icon on your desktop or home screen. It opens like an app, without the browser around it. Press Play it now first, then:
Windows or Chromebook (Chrome or Edge)
Click the Install button at the right of the address bar. Or open the browser's menu (⋮ or …) and choose Install Corner Pocket (in Edge: Apps, then Install this site as an app).
iPhone or iPad
In Safari, tap the Share button (a square with an arrow pointing up), then Add to Home Screen, then Add.
Android phone or tablet
In Chrome, tap the menu (⋮), then Add to Home screen or Install app.
Mac (Safari)
Choose File, then Add to Dock. (In Chrome or Edge on a Mac, use their Install button instead.)
Firefox on a computer
Firefox can't install games as apps. Bookmark the game instead, or open it in Chrome or Edge to install it.
WHERE IT WORKS
- Computers with a mouse, touchpad or keyboard: Windows, Mac, Chromebook, Linux.
- Phones and tablets, upright or sideways (upright, the table turns on its side).
- Online play needs an internet connection. Against the computer or with a friend on the same device, it plays on its own.
FOR PARENTS
Every player is treated as under 13. There's no chat: online, players can only send a few fixed messages like "Nice shot!" and "Good game!". Nobody types a name. Your child's name is a made-up one from their TRI_BOI player, like SwiftFox27, the same in every TRI_BOI game, and it's the only thing another player sees.
Nothing about your child is collected or saved, and there are no ads or trackers.
If your family enjoys our games, you can leave a tip. It's never needed to play.
